Who owns the output related to AI and Can I use it?

Absolutely! You can indeed use AI-generated output freely because, as of now, a machine itself cannot hold copyright.

However, it’s worth noting that final decisions are likely to be clarified further in courts over time.

Courts have previously leaned toward recognizing the “artistic gaze” and intention of the person guiding the creation as key – similar to how a photographer's creative direction makes a photo their own.

So, while AI generates the content, your unique input and direction play a central role in owning that final product.

Will AI Replace Everybodys Jobs?  What Am I Going To Do For a Living

Absolutely! The notion that AI could fully replace human expertise is absurd. AI is fundamentally a tactician, not a strategist.

It’s a tool—like email or the internet—designed to accelerate growth and streamline tasks, but it doesn’t replace the depth of human insight or the “artistic gaze” that only we bring to our work.

AI doesn’t manage operations, craft strategy, or take on liability. It functions based on our understanding and guidance.

Simply put, AI can’t replace the expertise and intuition you bring to the table; it simply enhances your ability to execute with speed and precision.

At the end of the day, it’s your vision and strategy that drive the real impact.
